One suspect arrested after crashing into mall

Lexington, Ky. (WTVQ) — One person has been arrested after a car crashed into the Fayette mall on Friday night.

According to Lexington Police, around 9:30 p.m. Friday night, officers got a call that a vehicle had crashed into the Fayette mall at the entrance next to H&M.

The car, was a stolen security vehicle.

A male suspect has been arrested, but officials are not releasing his name at this time.

He is facing multiple charges.

No injuries were reported and the Lexington Fire Department says there is no structural damage.

The mall is open as normal.
