I-75 Northbound/I-64 ramp closed in Lexington for road work

A key juncture on Interstate 75 and Interstate 64 in Fayette County will be closed Thursday and Friday nights for construction work, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet officials said Thursday.

I-75 Northbound ramp to I-64 eastbound ramp will be closed along I-64 from 7 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday. It will also be closed 7 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday for crews to repair concrete joints in the area.

Motorists traveling I-64 East from I-75 North should exit at 113 or the Paris Pike exit to go to I-75 South to get to I-64 East, transportation officials advised.

The work could be delayed depending on weather and other conditions, transportation officials said.
