Candy laced with drugs confiscated during Laurel County drug bust

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Laurel County Sheriff John Root is warning about candy laced with drugs that was confiscated during a drug bust.

The sheriff says the packages were found during the bust on Wednesday.  He says it’s packaged to entice children.

Deputies also found meth, marijuana, guns and cash during the bust.
